The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They were easy to communicate with and provided excellent customer service. The bed was very comfortable. There was reliable hot water throughout the day. It was very quiet in the room. The location of the hotel is on a quiet and safe side street. There are many very good Korean restaurants within easy walking distance. Great value for the cost.

- Incredibly friendly service - despite being a bit short-staffed, they really made an excellent effort to communicate and help in any way they could. They even connected us with a laundry service nearby and helped us with delivery. - Rooms were generally clean, with exceptions noted below. - Beds are very comfortable. - Street is very quiet, but walkable to tons of marts and restaurants. - Outstanding value for money - probably the best value in the area.

Delightful hotel with a range of room options to suit. Excellent staff. Great location in the Korean supported area of Saigon, close to numerous restaurants again. with multiple options to satisfy. Excellent value.

The neighborhood is very charming, away from the bustling district 1 but within a reasonable 20-minute taxi ride. The room is spacious, and the shower has good water pressure.

Excellent city centre location, friendly helpful staff at reception. Decent bathroom. Quiet even though in the city centre. Tea and coffee facilities. it was a wonderful stay and i do recomand staying.

The service from all staff was amazing. Especially our room cleaner and those at the front desk. We loved our stay at La Palma. It was a great location and served our family well.

It is very clean and nice hotel, room was perfect size for one person. Location is good to visit all parts of city and all sights walking. Stuff was very kind and helpful.

Location is great for Korean Food Lovers. Also local restaurant served great food and clean but price is higher as expected. Hotel was reasonably clean. Staff was helpful to bring 9 luggages up to the room which was relatively big.

I am a foreigner living and working here. Sometimes it is also easy to change the wind to go to the hotel to rest on the weekend. I go to District 7 a lot, but from my point of view, it's relatively good here. The hotel room has a combination of apartments, so it is very convenient for those who go in groups or want to relax and relieve stress on the weekend like me. Spacious and airy patio. Located right in the center but not noisy because the room is very soundproof. Everyone should try it.
